Registration fees

EARLY BIRD → to 25^th of December 2022

LATE REGISTRATION → from 26^th of December 2022

NOTES: 

• In case Scientific Committee reject your abstract, you have the option to attend as a passive participant without the additional charge. However, if you do not wish to attend as a passive participant, we are obliged to inform you that the fees will not be refunded.
• The fees must be paid in the two-week period of registration. If the fees are not paid by then, registration and submission will be disregarded automatically.
• After the payment is completed, you will need to send the proof of payment with the name of the participantin whose name the fees were paid, via OSCON official email (info@oscon-mefos.com). If you do not submit the proof of payment, your registration will be disregarded automatically.
  * NOTE:   We will not be providing visa invitation letters. The fees payment is nonrefundable.
