Registration fees

EARLY BIRD → to 31^st of December 2023

LATE REGISTRATION → from 1^st of January 2023

NOTES: 

• In case Scientific Committee reject your abstract, you have the option to attend as a passive participant without the additional charge. However, if you do not wish to attend as a passive participant, we are obliged to inform you that the fees will not be refunded.
• The fees must be paid in the two-week period of registration. If the fees are not paid by then, registration and submission will be disregarded automatically.
• After the payment has been made, the confirmation of payment alongside the participant's name for whom it was made can be attached here.
  * NOTE:   We will not be providing visa invitation letters. The fees payment is nonrefundable.
